We've been using Burris Heat and Air for several years now and have always been happy with their service. This time the wall thermostat had become undependable. Hank didn't have the right one available but was able to get it ordered/received in a timely manner and worked us into his schedule to get it installed. We were very happy with his service. He let me know ahead of time what it would cost so there were no surprises and he was a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable and personable. I won't hesitate to contact Burris again if the need arises.
