I have never really been a big fan of car dealerships. I just haven’t and I’m not going into why. I can happily say, that my experience with the Burlington Subaru has only caused me great delight🤩🥳🥰 Driving in through the service bay, I was greeted by the beautiful Jasmine, who clearly took pleasure in doing her job with a smile on her face😊 The welcoming committee at the service desk, Micayla, Ashley and Brandin, is unparalleled❣️🥰 They were great listeners and actually had personalities! Yippee 🥳 👏🏻 I drove up from central Florida to help my brother in Grand Isle. I had to stop twice to add air to my southern tires and by the time I got to Burlington the tire light was on again! Along with other notifications I had never seen. These fabulous peeps didn’t shun me for fleeing the state years ago because of the cold. Oh no they didn’t! They got my car right in the back, checked out my wheels to make sure there were no leaks, we giggled a lot and they sent me on my way! NO CHARGE! What??? Yay. I’ve been here long enough to require an oil change before I take the long trek home. Again, SAME THING (well, aside from the bill) They were all fabulous and kind. And I might say funny and delightful. So give everyone a raise, keep up the funtastic work and maybe I’ll see you this summer if someone will come down to Venice, FL and drive me and the Mush back up here❣️💖🥰🥳👏🏻🐕🐕🐕

Allyssa was prepared, customer-centered, and responsive. I was able to come in and drive a new Outback XT I had them special order for me from another dealership and then buy it the next day and drive it home- fully prepared and on my timeline. Allyssa knew everything about the 2025 model and was able to tell me about the differences between trim levels and the 25 vs 26 Outbacks. She was never pushy and clearly understood how to work with people of all different needs and preferences. She is a HUGE asset to Burlington Subaru for sure and I will definitely be recommending friends and family to go see her if they are interested in joining the Subaru family. Thanks Allyssa!
