Amazing service and follow through! They gave us a couple of things to try first before sending a technician. Technician was able to get a diagnosis and heat back on quickly and at a fair price!

My 20 y.o. a/c ran out of life 1 week before company arriving for July 4th week and during our heat spell. My unit was doctored up on the spot with freon which lasted until the unit got replaced July 3. My visiting family arrived later that day to a diligence cool home. The two guys who replaced my AC unit arrived on schedule and promptly got to work. Jeremy and Sean were respectful, professional and super nice! They did an excellent job installing my new unit. Amy in the office is also friendly and communicative, promptly returns calls if she misses and works with diligence to accommodate Hvac issues ! . It’s clear they all value customer service and take pride in good work. It shows…and boy does that matter!!! Excellent company!

We were having some issues with our AC and someone came out same day to help with repairing it quickly. They also performed maintenance on our furnace while they were out as we needed that done as well. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Good customer service and fair prices. Definitely plan to continue to use them in the future and would absolutely recommend them to other folks!
