Brooken’s gets it done right! Great customer service! These guys were in and out in less than two days on a big steep roof. They were fast, friendly and very good at what they do! They were always on time with everything….material drop off, paperwork, showing up for work and appointments to look at the house. And they were meticulous about the details with the insurance. Shout out to Darrin Jenkins who got the ball rolling and was on top of all my questions and needs! Five star experience for me! Beautiful work! Thank you Brooken’s!!!

We suffered roof damage from a hailstorm in 2024. I finally let a storm chasing company inspect the roof with me present in March of 2025. I filed a claim with our homeowners' insurance company and was overwhelmed when I received the detailed report from the adjuster. The adjuster made a statement, while on site, that got my attention, "You've got a lot going on up there!" At that point I knew I needed and wanted a local company to help me navigate the roof replacement. I researched local companies and met with their salesmen to go over their quotes. I choose Brookens as Derek P. listened to my questions and explained my detailed adjuster's report. Derek actually called and met with my adjuster additional times on my behalf. The office workers, McKenna A., Ashley C. and Megan A. did a great job of coordination and communicating with my insurance company when it came to supplemental requests for major items like skylights and the rubber membrane portion of the roof. When the project day arrived Matt E., project manager, arrived early to go over things with me. He was excellent at explaining the day's schedule and answering my latest questions. The crew arrived and immediately covered our shrubs, lawn and windows with protective tarps. They did a wonderful job of working efficiently to remove the old roof and installing the new! Their attention to detail and workmanship was excellent. Matt did a superb job of coordinating with the foreman enabling our house to receive its new roof in a single day. Due to hail damage last year (2024) we contracted Brookens to replace the roof on our house and unattached garage. The work they did was outstanding. We contracted Brookens because they replaced the roofs on our Church and Day Care building and on our School and Church building. Their work there was just amazing.
