I had a great experience with Brock's. I had an issue where a zone wasn't heating. First things first. THEY ANSWERED THE PHONE WHEN I CALLED! I know I know that bar is pretty low but you'd be surprised how many time calls go unreturned let alone picked up. I was ready for them to tell me that they were booked weeks out but Tanya being the top notch scheduler she is, was able to get a tech out to me in 2 days. The cold villagers rejoiced. Casey was my tech and was wildly helpful. He explained everything to me like I was five (by my request). He was courteous and was never pushy about selling parts/service that weren't needed. He even walked me through what I would have to do to unfreeze my pipe. All in all a great experience with Brock's. If you want your phone call answered and knowledgeable and kind techs call Brock's.

A friend recommended going with Brocks to install heat pump at my house. They made everything so easy. They were incredibly responsive, scheduling a consult at my place immediately, walking me through my options. They were patient with my decision making time between getting the quote and deciding to do it, but when I decided, they jumped right into action, kept me informed of the plan, had me sign docs on my time, when the guys showed up, they got right down to it and were done and cleaned up in a few hours. Very professional and couldn’t be easier. Top notch.

I requested service for a non-emergency leak in my cold water line for a bathroom sink. The customer service person was very attentive and helpful as I explained the problem and scheduled me 2-days out. I was given a time range of 7:00 am -11:00 am. On the "day-of" I got a message at 7:28 that "Joe" was on his way. A minute later I got a message that had Joe's photo, and his personal and professional profile. Ten minutes later I got another message that Joe had arrived in my driveway. Lucky for me that the problem was just a failed shark-bite connector. I chatted with Joe (Techs probably hate that, lol) and asked questions about other plumbing issues in our 160 year old house. Before he left, Joe addressed my questions by actually looking at the issues, taking photos, and giving me an idea of how to move forward. EXCELLANT customer service, excellent communication, excellent work. I will definitely use them again.
