Deleted my 5 star review from last year, ever since they merged with M&R I’ve been extremely disappointed in the customer service. I have a 92yr old senior in the house and cannot be waiting a week for repairs or put on waitlists. This has happened twice now - once this summer during the heatwave and just this week. I’ve found an alternative service provider who can get us the help we need in a more proactive and caring way.

This was my first service as a Britt-Air customer. I am really pleased! Jesse was my technician. He was super friendly, and also knew his stuff. He was very patient with my neurotic little dog, which I always appreciate in people. Very happy with the service he provided. If I get a different technician for my next service, he/she has big shoes to fill after today's visit. Thanks Jesse!

Long-time customer (10 years) of BrittAir – excellent company all around. Technicians are very knowledgeable, thorough, punctual, and courteous. Customer Service is exceptional. Jesse was here today to do routine maintenance on the heating/cooling heat pump for my condo. He was very efficient and answered all my questions. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat – very good people.
