Brennan's Heating & Air Conditioning

We had our old furnace and AC unit replaced by Brennans, and the entire process was fantastic! From the start, Jon T. stood out from the other sales reps we met, he wasn’t pushy at all, just down-to-earth and straightforward, which really helped us feel comfortable and confident in our choice. Their pricing was right in the middle of the range, which felt fair for the quality of service they provide as well as their warrantees. Jon T, explained all our options clearly. The installation team Anthony and Danny were professional, courteous, and efficient. They arrived on time, worked diligently, left the work area spotless, and took the time to walk us through the new system and thermostat. Joe English, the service manager was very helpful and responsive during the process for scheduling! Also, Liz made the permit process go smoothly. Our new system runs quietly and efficiently – highly recommend Brennans for their outstanding service and quality work! Had follow up visit from Arron to explain that the fan was so quiet I did not know it was running and humidity was being circulated .Aaron was right on time , super knowledgeable and friendly. Our regular technician, Adam, is such a good person, and a great tech. He is detail oriented, And personable, a wonderful combination. Now, we needed a whole new system and Brennan's sent out 2 very friendly, helpful, on-task installers, Marty and Waldir. It's a huge investment. They gave us confidence, made it painless, and walked us through everything we wanted to know when they were finished. Our thanks to all 3 of these fellows, and to Brennan's who has provided us with top notch service at 3 properties since 1988.

Update: the companies owner reached out promptly after reading my review. He apologized for my less than ideal experience and offered a refund. The refund was not necessary, but I appreciate the attempt to rectify the issue. I have added two stars to reflect this. Had the misfortune of calling this company and making an appointment for 2-25-26 and will never do it again. I called for an appointment to have my two units serviced. I specifically said I wanted my condenser coils and drain pan cleaned and inspected along with an estimate for replacing approx. 40 feet of duct work that was currently installed with cheap flex duct. The company sent Darryl. He was coughing on entrance and reeked of cigarettes. I showed him the units and explained to him, just as I explained to whomever booked the appointment at his office, apparently one of the two have issues listening, as to what I needed done. Darryl looked bewildered. Apparently he thought he was there to probe a few things and charge $163 dollars for two units (a scam in my book). When I explained I needed my coils and drain pan inspected and cleaned I started getting excuses as to why he was not going to be able to do the work. Then on the estimate portion of the appointment Darryl explains all he can do is take pictures and send them to the office for an estimate. Both answers to the work I made an appointment for sent up red flags immediately. Darryl stated the only way he could clean the coils was to vacuum all the refrigerant out and cut all the multiple lines coming into the unit and pull out the coils to accomplish the job. Nonsense! I have had this service done in the past and that is absurd. Chemical sprays are applied to clean coils in place. I have even done the job myself once before in a different house. Second, any person with even basic HVAC experience can measure duct work ask a few question to the preferred installation and formulate an estimate for replacement. Darryl was clearly either poorly trained or with next to no experience. I let him inspect one unit and told him to forget the rest of the work, paid him and sent him on his way. Would never recommend this company or ever use them again. I am confused as to how Brennan's has received so many good ratings. Maybe they got another tech that actually knew what he was doing.
