My A/C wasn’t working properly, and after hearing great things about Bratcher, I called to schedule an inspection. They were able to come out the same day, and the technician, Cordero, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. When it became clear that I needed to replace the unit, I worked with Dan, who took the time to walk me through all my options. He answered every question thoroughly, made everything easy to understand, and was never pushy. A few days later, Scott spent the entire day installing the new HVAC system. He did an excellent job and took the time to explain everything once the work was done. The whole team was responsive, friendly, and professional throughout the process. They even expedited the installation, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Bratcher for their outstanding service and expertise!

While the recent service we received was nothing more than a maintenance visit (our first one since the recent installation of a new HVAC system), the technician was very efficient and polite. I faced an urgent furnace situation during off hours. Nick B. was immediate and effective in communication and quick in coming out on understanding the situation. He was extremely thorough, taking vital steps to ensure.my safety and explanation for my understanding. Soon after I worked with Jay G. who was exceptionally helpful in going through considerations on next steps. He exhibited genuine concern for my interests and sympathy for my situation. Finally, when it came to a new install, Scott and Shelton did outstanding professional work while keeping everything tidy and organized. I put my full confidence in their work. Bratcher has been a stellar resource in seasonal maintenance as well. Each technician has been professional and helpful in the utmost. I cannot stress the value of that program enough. In this most recent experience it is no exaggeration to say they saved the day with critical off hours support, genuine sympathy and keen analysis, and a great, thorough, clean installation.
