We had significant ice dams on the south facing dormers of our home in Quaker Hill. Water was leaking into our home at 3 different locations. I contacted BP Builders because they had replaced our roof in 2024. The team at BP advised me NOT to attempt to physically break the ice dams because significant damage could be done to the roof shingles. Within 24 hours a BP crew of 8 people arrived early on the weekend. BP used specialized equipment (not a power washer) to carefully steam the ice dams off our roof. The problem was solved within 2 hours and we avoided additional damage inside as well outside our home! I am 100% satisfied with ALL aspects of our experience with BP Builders! Thank you BP!
