I had my plumbing problems reviewed by 2 other plumbers and felt that I needed to find someone that understood what was needed. I contacted Botticelli and they sent someone who was able to diagnose the problems. He quickly determined what was needed and how long it would take. They quickly sent me a detailed proposal to address each problem to be resolved. We scheduled the work and it was done in a very knowledgeable and professional manner. All issues were resolved as proposed. I highly recommend them.
