Just another 5-star review for Boss Heating & Cooling. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give. ...I've been a home owner now in 3 different states, over 20 years, so I've hired a lot of contractors over the years for different things. Wish they could all be like Boss Heating & Cooling! I've never been more impressed with a company. Boss Heating & Cooling installed a new boiler/ heating system at my house a few years ago. Honestly the unit's had a few issues but I don't worry because this company stands by their product and service. They take whatever time it takes and do whatever needs to be done to ensure this system is working properly. I even had to call on the weekend during this recent brutal cold snap when I had no heat, and they were right there for me. The office staff are always pleasant, technicians are polite and total pros, and Paul the owner has a strong business ethic. We are so lucky to have Boss Heating & Cooling here in Southern RI and I feel so lucky to have found them. Thanks you guys for everything.

Excellent company and tech team! They have been servicing my boiler and HVAC. My systems were getting old and tired and I had Boss replace my boiler and AC systems! They did an amazing job! Appreciate Paul and his team! Highly recommend them!

I had to replace my old 50-gallon indirect heat water tank and after receiving several quotes I selected Boss. Paul and his helper arrived right on schedule, worked quickly and very neatly and had the old tank out and the new one up in running in no time. It is a great unit, competitively priced with a long warranty, so I am looking forward to many years of good service. They were very courteous and respectful and happily answered all of my questions. I feel I received great value and will definitely call them again should I ever need their services for other heating and cooling projects.
