BN Plumbing

Had this service assigned through my home warranty for sewer stoppage. The plumber came in with broken equipment (the snake cable had broken ending) and thus could not clean the clog, though tried to do it for the hour+. As a matter of fact, the other company was able to company was able to fix the problem under 30 min. Cost me extra $250.

The man was soo rude and unprofessional. I wanted to pay with credit card and he told me that his company does not accept credit cards cuz it cost him 10% and that they are fraudulent. He wanted me to only pay cash or by check. I am currently working with BBB so they can assist in getting him paid (my bill was $130.00). He said he was going to band me from my insurance company. The moment he walked into my house he was very negative told me how horrible my pipes were and that whoever remodeled my house did not know what he was doing. He went on and on how bad my pipes were. (that's why he was at my house HELLO). I was actually scared on how he came at me (hubby was not home)when i told him that I did not want to pay him with a check I felt scared. It's too late for me but I am going to see that he does not ever treat another customer like he did me. DO NOT USE this company.

My property company recommends bn plumbing to me .He fix my leaking valve and it was 150$ cheaper then 4 rooter company.
