I recently had the pleasure of working with Blazing Designs for a much-needed cleaning and repair of our gas fireplace, which hadn’t been touched in 23 years. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The technician (Nate) arrived on time and immediately impressed us with his professionalism and expertise. He spent nearly two hours meticulously cleaning and inspecting the fireplace, ensuring every detail was addressed. I appreciated his thoroughness, as he explained each step of the process and answered all of our questions. What stood out the most was their commitment to staying within the quoted price. There were no hidden fees or unexpected charges, which is often a concern with home repairs. It was refreshing to see such transparency and integrity in their pricing. Overall, we couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend Blazing Design for anyone in need of fireplace repair or cleaning.

We had a wonderful interaction with Mike, the owner of Blazing Designs. He was very knowledgeable about the fireplace units we have, took the time to service and clean them, and educate us about them during his visit. He was very kind and professional as well. We did have some difficulty with scheduling our appointment within a timely manner (not due to us not calling ahead of time but due to Blazing Designs error) and some miscommunication about the service date, but after some rearranging, we were able to work out a different time and ended up being very happy using Blazing Designs for our gas fireplace maintenance.
