The service I received from Bison Home Service was so incredible I had to leave a review, which I rarely do. I got to work with Rob, the owner, and I can’t speak more highly of him. Not only did he accurately diagnose my furnace issue and fix it, but he helped me understand exactly what was going on and how to maintain it better on my own in the future. Another company in town had told me I needed a new furnace and I called Bison for a second opinion. Not only did Rob tell me I didn’t need a new furnace, though I would have happily paid his competitive price, but he also was kind enough to explain how I was misled by another company and give me peace of mind. In short - he chose honesty over profit. Choose Bison not only for great service, but great integrity.

Our A/C stopped working in the hottest part of the summer last year. We have 3 dogs, 2 cats, and 15 fishtanks. Our poor animals were SO hot and our poor fish were starting to boil and we were putting ice and cold water in the tanks to try to save our fish! Alec went above and beyond for us! He and a colleague search for the part we needed, met up at our house to exchange the part, and Alec installed for us right away! We were able to save all of our fish and prevent heat stroke in our pets. They truly went above and beyond to help us in a dire situation and were also SO reasonable with the fees to top it all off. My A/C unit fired up again this year without any troubles! We are so grateful for their amazing care and service.
