I called his team 3 times and our gas furance still had issues. The same part failed twice. His techinicans lack knowledge and did not try to warranty the failed part that only lasted 6 weeks. The owner told me "shit happens". Today I have a issue Again! This will be the 4th time in the last 3 months. I will not be giving him a call. Highly not recommended! Waste of money and time!

For a scheduled maintenance call, booked out a while. For a critical no heat call had someone out within hours and fixed within the hour. I found them to responsive and professional for my needs.

I had a leaky pipe under my trailer. I called Bill Lohsen and the guys came right over. I had to call and get my water turned off the guys were back within 10 minutes of my call got it all fixed cleaned up everything. They are the best. Will be using them for all future needs
