Sewer Line Replacement: Jason and his team were professional, excellent with communications keeping me in the loop every step of the process. This was a huge job replacing the entire sewer line from inside the house to the main line at the city sewer. I was so impressed by their professionalism, their work, the knowledge, taking the time to help me understand the job, communicating when they would be here, the status of the project and their clean-up. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any of your needs from the really large, extensive projects like mine, to any smaller projects. What a great company and crew! Thank you guys so much. Jason and his team are amazing! We had a leak for who knows how long because we are very rarely in the basement and I called about 20 minutes before closing on a Sunday. Monday morning Jason came and assessed the situation which was drastic enough to be a 2 day job and from start to finish Jason was super professional and made sure to educate us the whole way through. The team made sure to lay down protective things for our floor and they were very efficient. I am very pleased with the outcome and am showing before, during and after photos. I would recommend this company anytime you need anything plumbing. Jason knows what he is talking about and exactly how to fix it right the first time. He made sure our clean out was placed in a proper place for future problems if plumbing is ever needed again. I am very thankful I called Big Apple Plumbing LLC!
