I had a major leak in a pipe near my water heater and Sergio came out promptly and took care of this for me. He was very courteous, wore a uniform with his company name and identified himself to me. He was very honest and didn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge (he could have told me I needed a new water heater and I would have believed him, but I didn't need that and he took care of the pipe fix). He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He also fixed another pipe issue that would soon cause me a problem, so I appreciated his proactive approach. I would use Best Bay Plumbing again and highly recommend them.

Abel’s staff replaced all plumbing for 2 bathrooms plus the exit pipe to the outside, all done in a day. They took before and after pictures. Every step of the job was well done.
