Tyler was super informative and thorough during the initial inspection, offering to check our other bathrooms to ensure that there aren't any parts that can potentially cause major damage to the house since it's over 30 years old. They were able to schedule their team to come the next day to complete the job. Patrick was very knowledgable and did such an amazing job replacing our bathtub valve, the hardware, and sink faucet. Luis came 2 days later to install my new coils for my HVAC unit and was also extremely professional and efficient. He diligently worked on my unit, checked my thermostat and confirmed the temperature read in all rooms afterwards. I LOVE the team at BEST Air.... and will refer anyone locally that I know to them.
