Benchmark Electrical Services

This is our second time using Benchmark. Bryan was here both times and he was thorough and very helpful. He explains everything clearly. Last time he installed a home surge protector and bathroom vent fan/light. He left everything neat and tidy. This second time, he came out and diagnosed our power issue. He let us know that it's a power company issue and helped explain the problem to the company's support person. He then let us know what we could expect once Oncor comes out to check. I highly recommend Benchmark and will definitely use them again in the future.

If I could give 50 Stars I would!!! We recently closed on a home in the Little Elm area and had several electrical projects to get done. We had a couple of other bids (including some big names that everyone in DFW would know). We booked a time for Benchmark to come out and give us an estimate (which was free by the way and that in itself is something not all electrical service companies do). On the day of the estimate, Glenn and Alex showed up at my home and immediately were as professional and courteous as I could have ever hoped. They wore booties (even tho our floors are tiled. I was surprised I had a team of two at my disposal which was also a big plus since I value advice from professionals). I went over all the needs we had and some wants as well. Glenn especially was VERY helpful. Offered great advice, and even offered some things I hadn't thought about. Alex was much the same and they worked as a team. I am no electrician and they took the time to educate me on a few things and made me smarter about what I needed done so I could make the right choices. I was especially shocked at how reasonable the prices were when we settled on the work I needed done and we agreed to get that work done ASAP. On the day the work was to be done, again it was the same team (Glenn and Alex) which I was thrilled with - you don't always get the same people who advise you and work with you on your estimates in this space. They showed up on time, again VERY courteous) got right to work. They offered advice again and asked me questions about exactly what I wanted. They were quick, efficient, and from what I could tell (since I am no electrician) knew exactly what to do and how to do it. Needless to say the work was impeccable. They put in 2 ceiling fans, added an outlet in our pantry, added two separate circuits for a coffee bar in my office, and also gave me advice on a whole other project. They even took the fan boxes with them so I didn't have to dispose of them. Totally top notch operation. GREAT GREAT GREAT Customer Service. I would not hesitate to have them again, although I will be partial to Glenn and Alex doing the work!

Bryan was very knowledgeable and detailed and got my electrical issue fixed shortly after arriving. He knew exactly what caused the problem and had the parts to fix it. I will definitely be using Benchmark again for any and all my electrical issues moving forward..
