Same Day Service Was Greatly Appreciated! I learned early in the morning that the knob for the tub/shower was not working properly and that water was draining nonstop! I googled the nearest plumber, and up pops all of these amazing reviews on goggle for Beis Plumbing! So I called and started the process! Brittany got me going in the system and after I submitted photos, she sent it over to her Service Manager Vance and the process was moving right along! Melissa guided me on how to approve the work order, and then transferred me to Sarah, who took over from there! Preston H. showed up to our home and was very respectful and communicative throughout the process. Ultimately, after trying, we couldn’t get the cartridge out of the shower due to “hard water” in our neck of the woods, so we ended up having to replace a new shower valve! (Yikes!) I wanted peace of mind for me and my family, so regardless of the cost, the job was completed, professionally and thoroughly by Preston H. (ps. I believe Preston’s transparency shone through the most around his hard work and should lead to a promotion or something! He was genuinely a great dude!) I am just grateful for the entire Beis team for taking care me and my family in such short notice! Had Beis out to snake my floor drain and clear the clogs that were causing a backup every time I ran the washing machine. I was charged $339 which was far more expensive than competitors and told it was totally clear with absolutely no chance of an issue. A few days later when I ran the laundry for the first time post cleanout, the exact same issue happened. If anything the backup was worse. I immediately called Beis only to be told after the fact that my floor drain wasn’t snaked only the laundry standpipe and that they don’t guarantee work on drain cleanouts anyway. I spoke to the service manager Joe to understand if they really didn’t care that their service did zero to help with the problem after paying such a high cost. They explained, in no uncertain terms, I would have to pay the same price or potentially more to have them come out and actually fix the problem since they do not guarantee any of their work. They pointed out their lack of guarantee in the fine print in their estimate agreement, which I have attached in the photos for other customers to be more aware of in the future. There are plenty of other companies in St. Louis that guarantee their work fully, so I called another one of them and will be paying over $100 less to get it fixed correctly this time with a full guarantee. I will absolutely not be using their services ever again.

Had a leaking water heater, Brittany was very helpful with getting me a quote and setting up an appointment. Kyle was out to the house within a couple hours and did a full replacement. Cost was reasonable and they gave me options on repair vs replace. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend to anyone needing plumbing work. Will definitely use Beis again in the future.
