The service and expertise at Bay plumbing was outstanding!!! I would recommend their services to my friends and family and will continue going to them myself in the future. From the first phone call with Lydia and Jasmine, their whole team was efficient, helpful, and pleasant. The office got back to me quickly and the entire process very smooth from start to finish. The plumber Angel and owner Robert were both extremely knowledgeable and professional. This was an honest local business that delivered an outstanding quality work at a fair price!

The installer did a good job overall—he arrived on time and installed the new valve correctly. There were no issues with the technical work itself. (only reason to don't give 1) The main disappointment was with billing and follow-up. They charge from the moment they leave their facility, not from arrival on site, which is important to note given their rates are not inexpensive. I ended up spending $300 for a job that I could have done myself in about 10 minutes. The installer was initially scheduled to return after the building turned the water back on to verify that the valve was functioning properly. However, after we inquired about travel time, the owner reacted negatively, was rude and unprofessional, and ultimately decided not to return. Would I use their service again? Probably not.

RIP OFF. STAY AWAY. ZERO STARS. I called for a leaky faucet. Plumber came, worked on the faucet, fixed minor two toilet issues, and I paid $850. Next day, the faucet is still leaking. WARNING: You pay $177 per hour plus "drive time".
