The only reason I am leaving a one star rating is to ensure this review is seen. I have experienced poor customer service in the past, but nothing comparable to this situation. I called three separate times, and on each occasion, a representative answered the phone. As soon as I began speaking, the call was disconnected. This happened three times in a row. It was clear that I was being heard, as the representative remained on the line long enough to listen before disconnecting. This pattern is extremely concerning and reflects a serious lack of professionalism and respect for customers. Customer service is the foundation of any successful business. It is difficult to trust a company that demonstrates such disregard for individuals simply seeking assistance. In contrast, Pinellas Gas Company sets a strong example of what customer service should look like. Their team is consistently helpful and respectful, and even when they do not carry a specific product, they take the time to direct customers to a company that does. That level of service builds trust and long-term relationships. I sincerely hope this company reevaluates its customer service standards, as no customer should be treated in this manner

The team was courteous, knowledgeable, and truly pleasant to work with. They handled everything professionally and made the process stress-free. It’s rare to find a company that combines expertise with such great customer service, but Bay Area Plumbing does exactly that. I’ll definitely call them again for future plumbing needs!

I am definitely recommending this company for your plumbing needs! The plumber was very professional and knowledgeable and kind. All the work was done quickly and perfectly. Tom and Jerry explained thoroughly what he did and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The communication with the company and the plumbers was great. Thanks guys!!
