My key fob was acting quirky. The battery in my Jeep's key fob was going dead. I went to Batteries Plus to get a replacement. I chose the deal with the lifetime battery replacement, works great!. The Jeep only came with one fob/key. So, I ordered an extra. They had some issues getting it programmed, but they went the extra mile getting it done. Jessica & Leonard & the whole team are professional & very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Batteries Plus, especially our Lynchburg location.

I went in because my phone hadn’t been charging through the port for over a month. I’d just been wireless charging and was afraid it was gonna be an expensive replacement, but the guy cleaned the gunk out of the charging port for me and didn’t charge at all! He was super personable and it only took like 5 minutes
