We hired Charles to clean out our gutters/downspouts & not only did he do that, but he went above & beyond to re-slope a gutter that had sagged, re-attach loose gutter nails & add a few new hangers to make sure everything was properly secured. He even offered to trim back tree branches that were too close to the roof & also gave me advice on how to tackle some other exterior fixes myself. I would highly recommend Bates & Sons for any exterior work & will definitely be calling them again for future projects!

Charles and team do a great job and go above and beyond. Kind people and professional service. Our gutters were well past due for a cleaning and even needed reattached in areas. They cleaned up great, they’re resonable, honest and really care about what they do and do it well. Will definitely call them again.
