BEWARE TOTAL UNPROFESSIONAL. Homeowners and General Contractors be warned!!!!! Sweet Sebastian will come out to meet with you or your clients with his big smile and kind disposition - then totally screw you. Here’s our story- He comes out in early December of ‘25 to look over our project (a small 1200 sq ft home) and committed to us that as soon as his first child arrives (which at that time was any day) and the new family has time to settle in, he would do our project. My builder double checked with him several weeks later to make sure he was still committed to and could still do our project. His answer was yes, that he just needed some time to get the new family settled. We had the expectation that Sebastian would keep his word so we wait six weeks for my builder to schedule him to start. This stalled our build completely but since we had committed to him and he had committed to us, we decided to wait for him. Finally our builder informs us that Sebastian will be out to do the rough work on Monday 1/19/26. The AFTERNOON before he is supposed to start, my builder gets a text that Sebastian doesn’t want to do the project because he wants to prioritize family time. I can understand that, ONCE you have completed your professional obligations and commitments, prioritize all you want. But to leave customers that you made an obligation and commitment to (looked us in the eye and shook on it) hanging and totally stalling our build while we are living in our camper at 9000 ft in the winter is so UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOWN RIGHT RUDE. Especially the day before he was scheduled to start. Not only did he screw us but our builder now has a huge “black eye” because of him. His unreliability has caused all of the other Sub’s schedules to get completely messed up. Sebastian’s untrustworthiness has affected everyone involved with this project. We are now in touch with our attorney to review our legal options regarding this BREACH OF CONTRACT. SO GENERAL CONTRACTORS if you want to be embarrassed by your Sub, have him totally upend your schedule and want a pissed off customer, then Bash Plumbing is the Sub for you. AND HOMEOWNERS If you want your build to be endlessly delayed, end up with a really bad experience and possibly in court, then Bash Plumbing is the plumber for you. MY ADVICE - find another plumber because Sebastian is an immature unprofessional unreliable joke - who will leave you or your client high and dry with absolutely no remorse- not even a “sorry about this…” NOTHING

Bash plumbing is very professional and very knowledgeable on all plumbing issues. They truly care about their customers! We had an urgent leak that was causing water damage from our filter water and ice maker valve and line leaking water into the basement bedroom. They came out right away and stopped the leak so no further damage will occur. I highly recommend Bash Plumbing to everyone and I am truly grateful to Sebastian. I have other plumbing needs that can wait until springtime. I will only be using Bash Plumbing from now on!

We hired Bash this summer to install a gas line for a backyard fire pit. He is so friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable, and he did great work! I will be hiring him to come back to do some plumbing work. Highly recommend!
