UPDATE To clarify several inaccuracies in your response: The technician was never “DISMISSED.” We explicitly asked the THIRD! technician not to leave until we understood the problem and had a clear path to restoring hot water. He left anyway, stating he did not have the proper tools and had another appointment. Additionally, property damage occurred during the last visit. !!!! We contacted your company regarding a noise coming from a pipe connected to the water heater you installed. At the time of that call, hot water was functioning. After your technician serviced the unit, we were left without hot water and later informed that parts would need to be ordered. Two days later, a different technician arrived and stated he was not qualified to address the issue. A third technician then arrived the following day afternoon but was unable to fix the problem either. At no point did we dismiss anyone from the property. This absurd sceduling of different techs that are either unqualified for the specific issue or don't have proper tools stretched for the entire week. When we contacted Kevin, the manager, regarding the urgency of having no hot water during subfreezing temperatures and an incoming snowstorm, we were told there was nothing that could be done because it was now the weekend. This is despite your company advertising emergency service availability. As a result, we were forced to hire a qualified emergency technician at premium cost to correct the issue and restore hot water. More broadly, the overall installation project — which reasonably should have taken approximately one week — extended over months. We were repeatedly told delays were due to other jobs taking priority. On multiple occasions, work would begin and then pause for extended periods without clear communication or scheduling continuity. This pattern reflects a lack of coordination, urgency, and customer-focused project management. This is not a matter of frustration. It is a matter of documented sequence, outcome, and accountability. Original review: As much as I don't like leaving bad reviews, this one is well deserved, a 40k project fully paid. I could be taking a hot shower but instead I am writing this.. After they received their money they gave zero care to the issue they caused themselves. Kevin is the worst manager I have ever met! Unprofessional and rude. No sence of urgency in an emergency situation. Leaving us without hot water for a week in the incoming snowstorm...the nerve to give me attitude with a bunch of pathetic excuses... This company is a joke.. If you are thinking about using them.. Do yourself a favor and save your money and stress, find someone else...
Christian’s team did an excellent job replacing the outside sewer line right underneath the front lawn from the house wall to the curb. The pipe was very old, cracked in many places and contained roots difficult to get rid of through conventional snaking. They encountered numerous obstacles and challenges on the way, like sewer pipe being right underneath the water line, or gas line right next to it, which made it very difficult to dig, and also a storm drain, but were able to resolve the problems quickly. They took their time to find the sewer pipe, because of the water and gas line right there in the same area, which I’m very happy about, because if they dug quicker and less carefully they could’ve damaged those two lines. They all were very pleasant, very communicative, and very patient with me. They answered all my questions which I had many, and did everything as I wanted to meet my needs and concerns as a homeowner. I’d recommend Christians team to anyone who’s been having sewer line issues and needs to have it replaced. Great job!!
Great experience with Baileys. We’ve used them multiple times and have consistently had good experiences. Jorge came out to replace the pilot on our gas boiler and was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He made sure everything was working properly before leaving and explained the work clearly. The price was a bit on the higher side, but the quality of the work gave us peace of mind that it was done correctly. Always great customer service.
