We have used backup plumbing for all of our needs. We have used them for small bathroom install, all the way up to larger remodel. You call them and talk to a human being. They have excellent customer service. I have not had to wait for a plumber. They give accurate estimates. And they back their work up. Not everyone takes pride in their work these days like backup plumbing does. Due to their reliable/time tested excellent work, backup will remain our preferred plumbing service and first recommendation.
Josh and team did a great job installing our tankless water heater. He was here all day and stayed to make sure we had hot water. It was so cold out too when making the exhaust vents. He was a troooer and did a great job. Endless hot water woohoo!
