I purchased a home in Jacksonville Beach just over a year ago, and this plumbing company was hired by the seller to locate and repair a leak prior to closing. I was initially told that the plumber did not test the third-floor plumbing. Later, I spoke with the plumber directly, who claimed he did test it, already a red flag with conflicting information. Despite their service, the leak persisted and eventually ruined our garage ceiling. I hired a different plumbing company to investigate, and they quickly discovered the source: a nail from a closet rod had been drilled directly into the main pipe on the second floor. If the original plumber had properly tested the third-floor plumbing, the leak would have been immediately apparent and could have been addressed before causing significant damage- mold to my closet and into my garage. The plumber was adamant the leak was from an a/c condensation line. I spoke with office admin Kelly once, and later with the plumber who had come out, but the owner never followed up and no one from the company made any attempt to resolve the issue. I was told that since a plumber had already been out, they wouldn't come back to reassess the work unless I paid another service fee. Given the lack of thorough inspection, poor communication, and complete absence of accountability, I lost all trust in this company and chose to hire someone else to fix the problem correctly. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend them.

This company is honest and trustworthy. Excellent service from the entire team including Scott, Jeff, and Bevin. I used them for my commerical condo and was told by another company (LS) that I needed an entire new unit. Jeff and Bevin came in as a second opinon and spent 15 mins and fixed my AC with a very minimal price tag. Thank you for all you do! Highly recommend.
