I put out feelers at a few area plumbers/contractors to get a quote re: a shower that occasionally leaks a few drops into the basement below. Somebody else said based on photos that it looked like the whole shower needed replacing, 10k quote, I was panicking & trying to hype myself up to do this intimidating job myself. Then these guys called me on their way home from another job in my area & offered to drop in right then to take a look. 20 minutes later they're here, they diagnose it as likely an issue where the hardware attaches to the wall, offer to fix it for a $220 service call fee, and within the hour they were done, after having also cleaned off some bad water stains & unblocked the slow-draining sink nearby just for funsies. 10/10

Called on Saturday and a technician got back quickly. I believe his name was Pete, was super helpful in guiding me through what the problem may be with our hot water heater. After following his recommendations we were able to resolve the issue. Pete even called back the following Tuesday to make sure we were all set. Quick to respond to an emergency with diligent and courteous follow-up!

Great next-day help with a small leak. They also winterize my camp every year. Always prompt, professional and great to work with. Highly recommend!
