This year we purchased a beautiful Toll Brothers home in the Timnath Lakes subdivision. A friend referred us to Ayran Duarte of Ayran's Home Improvement to finish our basement. We met Ayran and his wife and liked them right away. Ayran looked at our basement, had no end of good ideas and he even prepared a 3D simulation of his plans. We entrusted Ayran with our project, which he recently completed. We are very pleased with the results for many reasons, including high quality workmanship which rivals that of the builder, the selection by Ayran of high quality materials such as Kohler plumbing fixtures, can lighting fixtures with dim and normal settings, beautiful cabinets including soft-close drawers, built-in trash bins and a rotating shelf unit at the corner, high quality carpet pad and carpeting. Also, Ayran's work crew were always polite and cheerful, they carefully prepared the work area with carpet-protecting plastic, etc., and moved most items in through our basement windows. Towards the end of our job Ayran shared a particularly good idea to add a short length of wall to our storage room, closing the room off from the utility portion of the basement. Ayran faithfully completed the work to closely match the quality and style that Toll Brothers featured in the original part of our home. He also kept to his contract price even in this time of rising prices. We are very pleased and offer our recommendation of Ayran's Home Improvement.

I have known Ayran for 10 years and know that he does quality renovations and improvements. This time it was our turn to experience his ability to improve our home! Ayran and his crew did such a fantastic job making our home look new! We had 12 year old carpet that was torn out of our family room and we ended up covering our old hardwood to make it match and deal with blemishes in the hardwood. We love the way it turned out and the fact that we can trust Ayran and his crew at our home while we are working is a huge deal for us! Thank you Ayran for a fantastic job!!

Ayran was referred to us by a good friend who just had a basement remodel. Ayran’s price was the most reasonable for our specific project. We had him and his team take a completely unfinished basement with concrete floors and walls to a fully finished well lit, temperature controlled, living space with full kitchen and bathroom. First, we appreciated the respect each member of his team showed for our home, property, pets, and family. Every night, the construction space was cleaned to the best of their ability. Everyone was communicative and friendly. Second, the space we now have is about 1200 square feet which they were able to fully finish in a 4 month time frame even with a few unforeseen challenges and changes. The communication process can be tricky with projects this size because there are so many decisions and factors to agree on, but we would catch up with Ayran each day/week to make sure we were in the same page. He was ALWAYS accommodating and understanding of any changes or additions we requested. We’re so happy with our final results and grateful to Ayran and his family for making it happen!
