We required original pipes to be replaced in our home from the kitchen sink to a drain located under the basement floor (concrete). Avid was quick to respond and offer us options. They were patient while we shopped around and looked at potential remodel options. In the end, we only repaired what needed to be done. They honored the quote that was 2-3 months old by that point and coordinated repairs quickly. Finished everything in less than two days and left the area cleaner than before they arrived. Highly recommend.

The owner took extra time — even after hours — to explain how everything worked and answer every question I had without rushing me. They understood the urgency of our situation and had the needed parts ready and installed first thing the next morning. Colton, who handled most of the service, was professional, courteous, and easy to talk to. He explained things in a way that wasn’t intimidating, especially since I don’t have much plumbing knowledge. In less than 24 hours, we went from having no hot water to being fully operational again. Very easy to work with, great price and service. Got a couple emailed quotes for a new water heater, the Avid quote was much lower than the other for the exact same brand and size compared to another company. Bill matched the quoted price. A couple guys came and got it installed in about 2 hours. Friendly and good service. Will definitely use Avid again for future plumbing needs.
