I have such great experience with the manager, Yvette. She was so pleasant, so friendly, very knowledgeable, very honest and active expeditiously I’ve seen her many times before and she is just a great employee and a great asset to the company I’ve seen her work and run around while kids sit on their cell phones in front and sitting on ladders. It’s a shame. I always wondered why young kids don’t have their work ethic as the older folks Yvette is a pleasure and an asset to the company. I’ve seen her before and watched her work and the best customer service I’ve ever seen.

I have been to a few auto part stores and I have to say that Yvette is one of the most friendliest And respectful. She is very quick, very knowledgeable and she is always so pleasant when I come there and has helped me out in so many ways and I’ve watched to help so many other customers she’s so friendly and everyone smiles with her I’ve been to other locations with the Grey shirts. I believe their managers and she is one of the best. She’s so friendly. She’s quick she’s honest. And she’s very thorough. It is a pleasure to come to this location 510 North Church St. and see her and have her help me. It’s great customer service great personality. She is a definite asset to the company and it doesn’t help that she’s very pretty. she’s a blessing she have company seriously I’ve never met a customer service representative. Needed a new battery. Yvette was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. She was able to help me figure out what I needed and installed it for me in the freezing cold. Thank you!!
