I had an excellent experience at this shop. Leslie helped me throughout the entire process and he was amazing — extremely patient, professional, and thorough. He took the time to walk me through every recommended repair and made sure I fully understood what was being done and why. The pricing he provided was very fair compared to dealerships, and he was completely transparent the entire time. He even showed me all the old parts that were removed, which gave me a lot of confidence that the work was done properly. Overall, the team here truly works from the customer’s perspective and you can feel that they genuinely care about doing things right.
