I called when I received my recall information for my car and was told to call back at another time because they didn’t have the part. I think better customer service would have been for them to take my information and call me back when they were ready. Otherwise everything went fine. I feel pretty harassed by multiple requests to complete this review. I probably will not be visiting them when it’s time to upgrade my car.
