My first time bringing my ‘22 4Runner into the shop and I was very pleased with Auto Tec and whole experience. Their communication and updates were great and they replaced my front/rear brakes and rotated my tires for a fair & reasonable price and got it back to me the same day. I brought my car to Auto Tec LLC today. I spoke with Rick. My Toyota Corolla was due for an oil change and some other maintenance. Rick was polite and easy to talk with. He made some recommendations for some services that were necessary but reasonable. I liked that there were parking spots available where I could leave my car and that they were prompt about getting it repaired. I left it there at 10am and they had it done by 3pm. It was an easy uber ride to and fro. They replaced my windshield wipers which had become very noisy, that was really nice. Rick's office was clean and peaceful which I appreciated. I was worried about getting work done on my car and taking it to a new shop but overall it was a good experience. I plan to return for my next scheduled maintenance.

I recently used AutoTec to repair substantial damaged to my steering column and door lock in an attempted theft of my truck. The entire AutoTec process was great. Communication was on point, repair estimate provided timely to the insurance company, repairs completed quickly. All parts were bagged and saved for the insurance company. They even handled making sure the ignition was rekeyed to match the door locks. I would highly recommend Rick, Connor and the entire AutoTec team to anyone!
