His team relocated the shower pipes, installed a new tub, realigned the shower drain, and replaced the drain P-trap, which required chipping into the concrete foundation. We were especially impressed with their cleanliness. Even after breaking through concrete, they left the area spotless and free of debris. That level of care really stood out to us. They also helped us choose a better-quality tub after realizing the one we originally purchased was very flimsy and plastic-like. We truly appreciated their honesty and guidance. We were very satisfied with their communication and thoroughness throughout the entire process. Everything was clearly explained, and we felt confident in the work being done.
