Our experience with Astacio was smooth and easy from start to finish. I called to schedule an appointment and was able to have a technician come out the next day. We had a number of plumbing concerns a leaking toilet, a rigged messy leaking p-trap, and a leaking sink. Yadson was incredibly professional, kind and informative - he laid out all of our options for us and the pricing was very fair. There was no pressure to commit and he wasn’t pushy, just kind and he answered all of our questions. We decided to have the p-trap replaced as well as an old toilet and he was able to get it done the same day. Yadson & his colleague did the repairs quickly & thoroughly - he even asked for cleaning products & cleaned around where the old toilet had been before installing the new one. We had held off on these repairs for a while fearing it would be too expensive but we’re so happy we went with this company. Highly recommend!

We have had nothing but an amazing experience with Astacio and one of the greatest technicians, Ivan Camacho. He has been in the industry for a long time, and knows what he is talking about. Something that I love is that he takes the time to explain what is going on, what they are going to do, and teach you about the system, in a way that makes everything make sense. You don’t feel like you’re just getting someone who just fixes it. You understand from start to finish, what is happening. Ivan is an incredible teacher and does amazing work. I want to keep him a secret, but he deserves the recognition! Thank you Ivan- for giving us new homeowners, a sense of peace that our system is in good hands. I will only ever use Astacio and Ivan now!
