I can’t say enough good things about my recent experience with Nick from Arrow Plumbing. He came out to help solve a five-year-old mystery regarding how my pipes were laid in the ground after Arrow had separated the plumbing between my neighbor and me years ago. It’s been something I’ve wondered about for a long time, and Nick finally gave me the answers I needed. From the moment he arrived, Nick was patient, professional, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain every single step he was taking and why he was doing it. He worked diligently and methodically to trace everything out and make sure we understood exactly what was going on underground. What really stood out to me was how transparent he was. As he ran the sewer camera, he showed me the screen and walked me through what we were looking at in real time. He even said, “I have no secrets — I want you to see what I see.” That level of honesty and openness meant a lot. It wasn’t just about doing a job; it was about making sure I felt informed and confident about the answers. I also have to mention the owner, Alton. He truly stands behind his slogan, “Serious About Business.” The fact that he sent Nick out completely free of charge to answer my questions about a job that was done five years ago says everything about his integrity. That kind of commitment and accountability is rare these days, and it proves that he genuinely stands behind his work and his company. I’m gladly giving Arrow Plumbing a 5 star review!!! I recently called them to come find and repair an outside leak. After paying the bill we realized a few days later the leak still wasn't fixed. I called back and spoke with Alton and he sent another technician to find the leak. After a couple of hours of digging and investigation they finally found an additional leak and repaired it and at no additional costs. The technicians were great at explaining what had happened and took great care to repair my flower beds where they had dug. They answered my questions respectfully and in a way that I could understand the process! I appreciate a company that does what they say they are going to do and even more so, they thanked me for making them aware the problem wasn’t fixed so they could have a chance to correct the situation. No excuses were given just a we will come back! That’s a company’s integrity and a welcomed change in today’s world! Thank you Arrow Plumbing for keeping your word!

We couldn't be happier with Arrow Plumbing. They gave us their prompt attention at a very fair price. Andy and Zach were polite, professional and experts in their field. They went over and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and understood everything they were doing. They checked for additional leaks before they made their final installations. Arrow made a bad situation easier and beautiful for us.
