Armstrong Duct, Vent, Hearth & Home

I reached out to three different HVAC duct, cleaning companies and found Armstrong to be the most professional and competitive with other bids. They scheduled me a few months out and showed up promptly on the agreed-upon date. The two man crew were very professional, courteous and respectful of my property. They did a great job and we immediately felt the improvement in the air cleanliness of our heating system.

Armstrong duct cleaning is definitely a company I can recommend. Evan,our Service tech was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He did a thorough job and was very informative throughout the process. The price was fair. I also have spoken with the owner on a few occasions and was impressed by the fact he did not try to "sell me". He gave me honest feedback. Your home is not safe with this company. We had service done on 11/12/2025. I noticed that night that medical marijuana was missing from my bedroom. I am a cancer patient. I didn't notice anything else missing and didn't want to put someone's job in jeopardy in this economy. Today, I noticed that $150 was missing from my wallet. I don't get out much while I'm healing from treatment, so I didn't notice it was missing. I didn't think to check my wallet when I noticed the missing marijuana because it was right by the front door. Who would steal that audaciously? I called the company to report what had happened. I was told they had "received my email a while ago about the medical marijuana and had been passing it around". I never sent them an email, and neither did my husband. Someone else had also been robbed in a similar way. I was told I would receive a call after some "digging." On the follow-up, I was told that there was nothing that could be done, but they would cooperate with the police if I decided to file a report. No apology, no offer to reimburse, and no promise that they would work to prevent this from happening again. I was transferred to the owner, Joe, who offered to reimburse me $100 "out of his own pocket" if I wanted to come to his office to get it. That offer was rescinded when I expressed my dissatisfaction with it. I was told, "They are not the cops, and they can't interrogate their employees". I can't in good conscience be quiet when they are comfortable doing business this way. This is very upsetting. How many will be robbed by a business that is being trusted in people's homes? There is no accountability, no remorse, and no meaningful effort to protect their clients now or in the future. Please look elsewhere for your family's safety.
