During my recent visit to your store, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Joleigh, one of your Apple Genius team members. I would like to extend my sincerest thanks for her kindness, patience, her warm smile, and the genuine time and care she devoted to guiding me through my purchase in such a thoughtful and professional manner. It is truly thanks to people like her that the Apple experience feels so special and unlike any other. It is, and always will be, a pleasure to visit this Apple Store.

My husband is blind and his old iPhone 11 was having issues. Wouldn't last long before battery was dead,wouldn't charge on the magnet charger. So I went down to see what could be done. Took the young man longer that I thought to correct the access. So we looked at the newer phones and bought him a iPhone 17. Not the highest version. Just the 17. The young man showed me how to prepare the data. Moved it to the new phone. Then back on wifi. All the contacts were there. The phone is easy like the 11, light and nice looking.

I brought my 82 yr old mother in to replace her 10 yr old IPAd. We were greeted warmly by Sanjay and he told us our options. He was very professional and helped with the purchase. He then brought us to Chuck who helped my mom set up her new IPAD Chuck was very patient with my mom as he gave her directions to manage the device. While setting up the device… there was a technical issue and Chuck calmly found a solution. Chuck helped us set up a Legacy person in our devices … which I had no idea existed … it was a great experience
