Cody arrived first thing in the morning and he was polite and addressed me by my name and explained who he was. I took Cody downstairs and he began to work immediately. Cody began bringing in his tools. Cody is a young man and I was impressed by his knowledges and his professionalism.I’m sorry, I forgot the name of the other gentleman who came to assist him with the installation of the furnace.. Cody explain the new Carrier furnace and how to operate the new thermostat. I loved it because there was no surprises with this installation. What was quoted is what we paid. It was all up and up. We really appreciated the honesty. It was a great experience. They put tarps down on the hardwood floors. they put tarps down on the wooden floors upstairs they wore booties on their shoes, Anderson did a great job.They have wonderful employees from the receptionists, to their service people, to the people who come and give honest estimates. If you need a new furnace and/ or air-conditioning or service you Definitely should go through Anderson Heating and Cooing. A honest company you can trust!

My Mom used Anderson a long time ago, I recognized the name right away!!! Good quality people with lots of experience as not many places service boilers these days!!! Knowledgeable personnel with great attitudes and talked to me as someone who knew nothing about the system but made me understand!!! I truly would recommend Anderson to all of my family and friends!!!
