Anderson Heating & Air Conditioning

The installation went fine. However, Zak stepped on a light in the attic and caused the light to push down from the ceiling, caused 2 cracks in my ceiling and drilled 3 holes in the ceiling while installing the return. He also dropped a piece of the old unit as he was taking it out and left a gouge in my floor. (We just got finished with a remodel a few months ago.) I was told that these things would be repaired but so far it hasn’t been done. Haven’t even had a follow-up call from the company. Very aggravating considering the price of the unit we purchased.

I recently purchased a new heat and air system from Anderson Air. Great team & fantastic service! Chris Watson helped me pick out the system that best suited our house & Brenton Higgins & team installed the units. We are very pleased with the system! Great job of installing & cleaning up following the installation. The a/c works very well!
