I just met with an HVAC technician for a quote to replace our heat pump and air handler, and the experience was excellent. Brett Schafer arrived right on time, asked all the right questions to understand our needs, and provided two clear, well-thought-out recommendations for replacing our system. There were absolutely no high-pressure sales tactics. He explained everything clearly and left the quotes and terms with us so we could take our time and make an informed decision. It was refreshing to work with someone so professional, respectful, and customer-focused. I truly wish all sales technicians for home repairs were like this. Highly recommend.

Amazing HVAC was incredible. They completed a warranty compressor replacement on my Trane condenser. Derrick was very professional and polite. He was not only the original diagnoser of the problem, but he also was the tech who did the compressor. The job was not passed to another tech which made me much more comfortable knowing that he knew what was going on. I have had service from BGE Home now Constellation Home and Derrick blew away the techs from my previous provider. I cannot say enough good things about Amazing HVAC and Derrick. Even signed up for the comfort club because I felt that this company will be the one to take care of me and my needs for the future.

I called Amazing for a second opinion on my HVAC after another (much larger, multi-state) company told me that our heat exchanger was cracked and that we needed a new HVAC system (and shut ours down so we couldn’t use it). Amazing sent Tony C within hours, before the company could get their sales rep out here to give us a quote on a new system. Tony saved us tens of thousands of dollars because he was able to determine that our system’s heat exchanger is fine! He was fine with me hanging out and happily answered my questions. He was able to explain all of the steps he took to verify that my system is working and that there is no evidence of an issue with the heat exchanger. He even looked at the images from the other company and showed me how he could tell they were not from our system! The 99 dollars I just paid for Amazing to run diagnostics is some of the best money I have ever spent, and we will be calling Amazing (and requesting Tony!) for our future needs!
