I have to tell you that Frank is such a nice and reasonable person and he always responded to me very quickly by text and phone. I had a large slab leak in my house and I was referred to them through the home warranty company during the process of repairing the leak, we ran into several glitches as far as where to turn the water off and kinks in the line, and he was really dedicated and persistent, and made me feel very comfortable because he was so certain that the job was gonna get finished and he did a really really fantastic job. Everything looks fantastic and I always felt like I was in really good hands so I appreciate that.

Technician was friendly and diagnosed the problem. Lost stars for the lady on the phone. This place is not 24hrs. Not technically. They are 8am to 3pm. Do not expect response outside of those hours and DO expect a hearty “after hours” fee.

Alvarez Plumbing Services is the best there is. I had broken a water line and they diagnosed it and got it fixed fast. Other plumbers were trying to take advantage of my desperate situation and over charge me. Alvarez Plumbing was straightforward, reasonable, fast and had the expertise to handle the issue.
