Alon Design and Remodeling did a fantastic job on my bathroom remodel. From the start, they were organized and made the whole process smooth. Alon helped me pick out materials that fit my budget but still looked high-end. The workers were respectful of my home and always kept things tidy. Every detail, from the tile work to the lighting, was done carefully and with real craftsmanship. The finished bathroom feels elegant, bright, and so much more comfortable than before.

I highly recommend Alon Design and Remodeling Inc., The construction work/ craftsmanship was great and the design work had room to improve. Eli (owner & project manager) & Wilson (construction team lead) worked on a full remodel of our townhouse which look 2.5month from demolition to moving back in. The scope of work was extensive. The bulk of the work included removal of a load bearing wall downstairs, reconfiguration and upgrade of kitchen and master bathroom, new flooring and new paint throughout. Pros: Eli & Wilson are very customer focused. When we raised issues, they listened and provided solutions/ fixes. They made things work within our set budget. No project is smooth sailing; their approach made this renovation less stressful. They took good care of materials/ hardware/ fixtures used in the remodeling, kept the areas (outside/ inside) cleaned and handled the relation with our neighbours well. Thank you! Cons: The design scope and process require high degree of involvement. The 3D renderings were provided so late in the process which would have caused delays if we had made design/ material adjustments then. We did the lighting plan (recess light and other light placement is an art in itself) and matched paint colours ourselves - would have loved some support there. Overall, I highly recommend Eli & team. We will not hesitate to work with the team again. The take-aways are (1) where relevant, try to run interior and structural design in parallel. It was a lot of hassle to make changes downstream (2) build in lots of buffer and stay on top of everyone including your project manager to ensure all parties are aware of the deliverables.

We did a complete house remodel that includes windows, flooring, kitchen renovation, roof, bathrooms, master suite, painting, with garage refinish, and in a few words - it was excellent! Eli and Hen were our project managers who were very responsive, professional, and ready to help. The process was straightforward and they gave us clarification during the whole process. Also, the office team opened a group chat for us so all communications were done in one place and the process was easier than expected - not to mention that the final product is beautiful. You can't go wrong with Alon Design and Remodeling - they took care of our project from start to finish and I am glad to say that they were the right choice for the job. A highly recommended company.
