Excellent service. Electricians are on time. thorough, accurate and tidy. The area that needed repair had to be disassembled. It was put back together perfectly and debris cleaned up.

I am not sure if this is standard procedure to leave burned out tombstones in commercial light troffers, but they did. They even wrote on the troffer's side that the tombstone was burned. Why not replace it? Why not tell me that it needed replacing? The light fixture caught on fire! I would have not had a problem paying more to replace the parts, but nobody told me anything.

They were prompt, professional, reliable and most important reasonably priced. I recently lease a parcel for upcoming barbershop. My Barber on Yadkin Rd. I discovered outlets 10 out of 20 were not working. Under 1 hour technician Chris diagnosed issue explained and fixed. The wiring junction box was wired incorrectly the white on the black the black on the white well these are not humans you have to connect wiring the right way. I was so relieved specially when I was told the amount billed. Establishing a new business is not cheap and red tape galore it's very stressful. Luckily. This issue was fixed. I am so impress a d satisfied. I need 4 outlets run behind televisions so they will be doing it for me too. This ladies & gentlemen was great customer service. If you're looking for an electrician don't hesitate to call them. If you're looking for a great barber at a reasonable price, then we will soon be opening. My Barber on Yadkin Rd.
