TL;DR: True professionals, best experience I've had with a contractor in any area, excellent materials used, solid all-in-one price, and no hesitation recommending them for your project. Long form experience: I collected bids from at least 3 companies, including All Pro Repipes. The two other companies are well-known entities in the bay (the sponsored ones that show up at first in a Yelp search), and when I met with Christopher Estrada from All Pro, he was by far the best. Courteous (put on shoe coverings as he walked through our home, even though I have 3 kids so it's a mess anyway!), wasn't in a rush, no upselling, reassuring, knew what would need to be included to bring our supply lines/water heater up to code, etc. He provided a quote on the spot, in writing. Love that. I waited about a week, and again, Christopher was the only business that followed up about the proposed work. That's the sign of a true professional, treating everyone and every opportunity with care and consideration. I signed a contract with All Pro and right away was impressed with the communication from their Office Manager Abril. I got a call/email the day before with how to prepare our home for the work (clearing spaces under sinks, etc.) which were all very helpful and put me at ease with such a big project about to proceed. Morning of, Jose and his crew of about 6 professionals showed up when they said they would and got straight to work. Covered walking paths, put up plastic to cut down on dust/debris, and left by 5:30pm with our home completely done with high-quality PEX A, expansion fittings, insulated hot water lines, copper stubs, new tub/shower fixtures, all with the company's lifetime guarantee. Water was only off for 6 hours. Next day, smaller crew came through to patch the walls and do minor touchups after the city inspector came through. To me separately (workers were out of earshot), the city inspector said "Nice clean work, good materials, really well done", which is very reassuring. He was training a newer city inspector, so this guy has seen plenty of job sites, and that meant something for him to give that type of compliment. I just got my final inspection which we passed as expected. Everything about this experience with All Pro Repipes will restore your faith in the idea that there are companies out there doing really good work. I'll recommend you to anyone I know who has the need for your repipe expertise. Thank you Christopher, Jose, Abril, and everyone involved.

Jose and his team completed a total Repipe of our home. They were so hard working, highly organized and very respectful of the property. Jose in particular took time to answer my questions and was proactive on many details. They finished the job in one day, then another crew returned the next day to handle the city inspection and drywall/texturize. Every single water connection in the house now works without a problem. Water pressure is now outstanding. Plus, All Pro left our home immaculate, no dust or debris. We are so pleased with the results. Special shout out to April, All Pro’s office manager. Julio is extremely honest and knowledgeable during the estimation process. He gave me a very decent price. Julio told me that the pipes in walls were changed to copper already, when the previous owner remodeled the bathrooms. He is sure that the main water pipe is PVC already, so there is no need to change it. The other two companies that I asked for quotations didn't mention the copper pipes in wall at all, and also suggested me to change the main pipe to PVC. The final quotations from those two companies are more than double of Julio's estimation. When the two other companies asked me why I didn't choose them, I was so happy telling them that I received an estimation that matched my research and knowledge better. The re-pipe process went smoothly. Re-pipe was completed within one day. The crew of five came in around 8:30am, and finished re-pipe and the installation of a new water heater around 6:30pm. They cleaned up well and spent some time walking with us to show their work. The next day, city permit inspector inspected and said the team had done a good job. The third day, a team member came for patching. The walls look great after it. The fourth day, the city permit inspector came for the final inspection. The inspection for both re-pipe and water heater installation has passed without an issue. I feel so lucky that I found All Pro Repipes and have them to work on this project.
