All Pro Heating, Air and Plumbing

I had a leaky waterline on the outside of my house. Didn’t notice it until it was too late and we had a $500 water bill. The big nasty winter storm was on its way and we needed it fixed immediately. All pro was so fast to respond and got it fixed the day before the blizzard came. My wife could hear the guys outside of the window in the freezing cold and not once did they complain about the subzero temperature. They were extremely friendly and extremely professional and got the job done quick. I can’t recommend this company enough.

Shawn came out to address my heating issue and was absolutely wonderful. He was professional, kind, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before he left. He explained what was going on and made sure I was comfortable. I truly appreciate his prompt help and positive attitude. Excellent service!

I would not use this service. I had one of their trucks come in next door to currently do some work on a house under construction next door to me. . One of the guys girlfriends arrived in a gray Chevrolet SUV she parked in the driveway blocking the drive even though there was a sign that said do not block the drive. She saw I was watching her and she went down turned around on my property which is clear trespass as I have a sign that says no trespassing. Most businesses I know don't have to take your wife or girlfriend to work day. When I open the door to my home to say something to her she became angry and drove off. Her boyfriend in the All pro Van followed her. They certainly aren't very polite nor are they courteous to anyone around them if that's all the respect they have for potential customers and neighbors I would not use their service. Update the Chevy returned with the gentleman still in work uniform and she dropped him off at the house. I was walking my dog on my own property and she came up and yelled at me and inquired if I liked following people. I told her I wasn't following her I hadn't even left my property all day I had looked out to see what was going on since she was blocking the dr. Windows down and she muttered several slurs including one racial slur as she drove away. This is highly unprofessional for any business. First of all unless the relatives work there they shouldn't have them on site. Second they shouldn't treat people without proper professionalism. Truly a sad situation considering the website looks very professional.
