Sergio Gonzalez provided top-notch service! He took the time to make sure the work was done properly, even though the job turned out to be more involved than either of us initially expected. Throughout the process, he maintained a positive attitude and reassured me that he would get everything completed—and he did. Sergio delivers excellent customer service and is truly a great asset to Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. I highly recommend his work. I’d also like to recognize Daemen Talbert, who stepped in to assist us with a separate need that came up. He also demonstrated a strong commitment to great customer service. Recently, we had a major overhaul of our heating and hot water system, purchasing a new combination furnace and boiler from your company. The price was reasonable and the service top-notch. From start to finish, all the people at ABQ Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling were professional, courteous, competent, and a pleasure to work with. When you have people in your house for 4+ days, morning to night, this is important!! Travis was a great consultant, explaining our options, overseeing the job, and stopping in several times to check on our technicians. Peter (the journeyman/manager) expertly guided the transition from our cumbersome old system to a new, more efficient one. Adam was a top-notch executor, staying pleasant and upbeat through long days of work. Chris, I believe, installed a second water heater on our upper level, who was also professional and capable. We are glad to have become "elite" members with ABQ Plumbing and look forward to working with the expert teams on maintenance, our swamp cooler, and other plumbing needs. Julian was a delight to work with. He was friendly, efficient and professional. Our plumbing is very old but he was up to the challenge and worked until it was done. And we were very happy with his work. We would not hesitated to have him work with us again!
