Alabama Plumbing & Drain

We had a faucet leak in our bathroom and went through our home warranty. They scheduled Alabama Plumbing & Drain to come out and look at it. Our technician was Tex. He notified me when he was on his way and he was very professional and courteous when he came in and looked at our faucet. He even had me walk out and show me our water pressure to show that it was good and explain to me why that was important. He told me he would put in for a replacement and within two days he was back and finished the job. We will definitely use them again, and if they allow us to select our technician, we will ask for Tex.

I am so pleased with the work that Steve and Tex did at my home! I was a little anxious about it, as it was such a big job. I've had to resolve several problems with my crawl space and I was not eager to incur any more. Steve took a lot of time patiently explaining everything to me, however, and I felt much better. They completed the entire job in one day, and I was barely inconvenienced. They are both actual PLUMBERS, not wannabes or apprentices or unskilled "helpers", and that made me feel so much more confident. They were both so helpful and friendly, and I'm so grateful to have this big job behind me - relatively pain free! Thank you so much, Steve and Tex!!

We had no water after a previous service came. Tex, came after already having a full day. He assessed our situation and found a solution. He quickly provided the repairs needed and got to go home before it was too late! The office was also a jewel. She listen to my heartbroken speech, and called for help for us, just before 4:30pm. These are the people you want to call and save you from your plumbing problems!
